Correcting Bad habits
What are some ways that we can go about changing bad habits in our dogs? Or can we change them after our dogs become adults and have had these same habits since they were puppies?

RE: Correcting Bad habits
I think that if dogs are left to they are older then there problems will get worse, try to sort them out as young as possible.

Yes, you can get your older dog out of their bad habits. You just have to establish
"Pack Leader". With proper training you can teach your pets to stop bad habits. Here is a helpful website. Hope it helps you. http://www.cesarmillaninc.com/

Thanks for that link I absolutely love Cesar Milan I keep hoping to be able to pick up his books as so many other dog owners have told me the books are wonderful and very helpful.

I use positive reinforcement training with my dogs and have had much success. I think some of Cesar's methods, while they are work, can often be very harsh.

Hello,

You should enroll your puppy in social behavior classes in early age. It may be

helpful to reduce bad habit of your puppy.
