Dental Health
Growing up, I had no idea that something can and should be done to maintain a cat's dental health. Now I buy special cat treats that help to remove tartar buildup. Do you do that? Do you know of any other similar products?

We also use the treats but our vet recommends that we try and brush our cats teeth (as well as our dogs). That is not the easiest chore to get done with the cats as they are not fond of being restrained or having their mouths held open.

Yes, my cats immediately start struggling and fighting even if I just want to take a look at their teeth. Sticking brush in their mouth?? Forget it...

Conditions such as renal failure, diabetes, skin infections, nose or face, cancer or is intake of animal manure or other materials, can cause bad breath with or without periodontal disease.
