I am doing an Extended Project at college. I am conducting a study in order to answer the following question:

What are the main diseases, conditions and medical treatments received in cats and dogs and what is the public's opinion of veterinary professionals in helping to treat their pets?

However, I am looking for participants for my online questionnaire. I would appreciate your time in filling one out if you can to help me gather much needed data for my project. Most questions are yes/no answers with a few longer ones so shouldn't take too long for you to complete.

Requirement to participate

• You have either a cat or a dog or both
• You live in the UK
