Table Scraps
I have always thought that table scraps were harmless if they weren't the only source of nutrition for a dog, but people have been telling me that they shouldn't have any, and should be fed only a balanced dog food.

Are table scraps really that bad for dogs?

My aunt runs a rescue and she has pretty much told me the same thing. Though she still sneaks her personal pets a bit of chicken etc every now and again.

I find it tough to believe that everything table scrap wise is bad though. Veggies they now add to dog food as well as some meat product so unless they are heavily seasoned it should be ok. I would think.

Yes and No.. Yes in large amounts. You can feed your dogs a small amount of many different veggies and fruits and meats, but the key is the AMOUNT you feed them and how often and what else they are eating.
